2021 International Travel Video Contest (Over $5,000 cash Prizes)

 

Application for the 2021 Travel video contest is out.

In a creative, engaging video, this year they want to hear all about how your community has impacted or influenced you. For example, your family or your community at home, your new community during your international education, an online community or any group that you consider your community of people. Remember that they are looking for creativity, video quality, uniqueness and personality in your video.

Theme

How "community" has had an impact or influence on you and your international education pursuit. As a reminder, you can choose to be as creative as you like.

Eligibility

• You must be currently studying outside of your home country, or, you must have a proposed international education pursuit.

• Must be 18 years and above

• Must be enrolled or planning to enroll in college or university outside your home country.

• Your video must be created specifically for the IS video contest.

• Your video should not be more than 2mins.

• For video to be accepted, you must upload your video on YouTube, Vimeo or DailyMotion and as well share the link with them.

• Also, you are required to submit a fully completed online entry form on or before the deadline.

• Your idea must be original. Therefore, copying someone's ideas won't be accepted.

• No form of cheating whatsoever will be permitted during voting for the viewers' choice winner as grounds for contest elimination. This includes copying and pasting email addresses (even if they’re real email addresses of friends and family). Each vote must come directly from your friends and family. Therefore, only one vote per email address is allowed.

• If your video is in a language other than English it must include English subtitles.

Prizes

• First place winner will receive $4,000

• Second place winner will receive $500

• Third place winner will receive $250

• Viewers’ Choice Award Winner: $1,000

• Travel also included

• Winners will be given an opportunity to be a contributor to their blog.
